While the current system generates a receipt that shows the donation to “TB Foundation” above the subtotal and tax lines, the Round Up amount is calculated after the full order is subtotaled and tax have been assessed. All donations made through the Round Up program go to the Taco Bell Foundation and are not claimed as income by Taco Bell Corp. or any franchise organizations that operate Taco Bell restaurants. Taco Bell Foundation, Inc. is a public 501(c)3 charitable organization, and any donations made through the Round Up program may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by federal and state law. 

As much as we would love to sponsor your community events, we are unable to do so at this time.

TBF Community Grants is operated by an invite-only process driven by relationships between Taco Bell franchisees and local nonprofits to ensure funds raised locally stay in the community. While we’re unable to consider any new partnerships at this time, we’d love to learn more about your work for future opportunities that might become available down the road.
